Rejeição: 539 – Duplicidade de NF-e com diferença na Chave de Acesso
Causa
Essa rejeição ocorre quando for emitida uma nota fiscal e na Secretária da Fazenda (SEFAZ) já existe outra NF-e autorizada com o CNPJ Emitente, Modelo, Série e Número iguais. Mas com Data de Emissão, Tipo de Emissão ou Código Numérico ou outras posições da Chave de Acesso diferentes.
Como resolver
Verifique com o seu contador qual é o último número de nota que você emitiu e informe o número seguinte dentro da nota fiscal no campo “Número” (terceiro campo dentro da Nota Fiscal).
Caso você não tenha contador, deve-se consultar o sistema em que as notas eram emitidas para obter essa informação. O Bling não consegue obter essa informação automaticamente.
Se for MEI e não tiver acesso ao antigo emissor de notas, pode-se consultar esta informação com o SEBRAE ou Sefaz do seu estado.
Após corrigir e salvar o formulário, emita esta nota novamente.
