Rejeição: 434 – NF-e sem indicativo do intermediador
Causa
Esta rejeição ocorre pois o campo “Indicador de presença” da nota fiscal não está preenchido de acordo com a finalidade da operação.
Como resolver
Para corrigir, abra a nota fiscal rejeitada e ajuste a opção do campo ‘Indicador de presença‘ conforme instruído pelo seu contador para esse tipo de operação.
Localização do campo dentro da nota:
Imagem com informações ilustrativas
Caso você realize a emissão da nota para este tipo de operação com frequência, aconselhamos ajustar o campo também na natureza de operação. Assim, a rejeição não acontecerá para as próximas notas emitidas com esta operação.
Para isso, acesse Preferências > Notas Fiscais > Natureza de operação e clique sobre a natureza que você utiliza para este tipo de nota.
Feito isso, no campo Indicador de presença, selecione o indicador que necessita e salve a natureza.
