Rejeição: 538 – Total do IPI difere do somatorio dos itens
Causa
Ao enviar a nota, a SEFAZ faz uma verificação em todos os campos e valores da NF-e. Se o valor da soma de todos os IPIs for diferente do valor informado no campo ‘Valor IPI’, a nota apresentará este erro.
Como resolver
Nesse caso, orientamos sempre deixar o ‘Cálculo automático‘ ligado. Assim, o sistema fará o cálculo correto dos produtos e tributação para você e o informará corretamente no total de IPI.
Pois, o valor informado no campo ‘Valor IPI‘:
Deve ser igual a soma dos valores informados no campo ‘Valor IPI‘ de todos os produtos.
Para verificar isso, clique no produto dentro da nota, abra a aba IPI e some os valores de IPI de cada item:
